I like the question mark at the end - its a bit cryptic. Its not often a quarterly report asks a qustion of its readers! I’m wondering whether European car manufacturers are finally starting to think about procuring and having their own rare earths industries? The Germans tend not to like importing high technology goods they could value add themselves.
