Wow! This is a long shot buddy. One may be led to think you have a personal interest in this case? My recollection is the case started during John Heugh's rein, long before Cottee came on to the scene. It appears to have been handled by lawyers ever since. So why would Cottee be removed in relation to this case? Tell us more...
