Agree with W007 249 is required now.
This secret investor that provided the $20k is interesting as suggests that Zhang must be working on a deal to get a re-list.
A re-list is due on the 3 year anniversary of its suspension (Nov -Dec).
However, if NXR can show the ASX that it has a deal in the works the ASX will usually extend this date.
Therefore, shareholders should push forward with a 249 ASAP
