True but I still think NST have a bigger picture for that area and why would they want to push up values - slowly accumulating acerage seems like a smart move - only question is when do they show their hand? By looking at the dirt they've been accumulating it seems they are heading to the West and North of TAM but maybe its because they're unable to get affordable dirt South towards the big proven plays... all speculation of course..
