GPP Management has no choice from now on, they must provide a viable solutions;
1. Make firm decision on all GPP`s existing and potential projects
2. Provide all necessary information to shareholders
3. Provide all required documents/information to ASX & ASIC
4. Provide business plan that must have information regarding SP improvement and adding value shareholders investment.

Without providing all these fundamentals to shareholders before going EGM will be much better for everyone, otherwise much series 249D may be inevitable.
