presumably you mean in the first four weeks on the trial. basically I would expect the placebo group on the trial to heal worse than an average person commencIng standard of care for four weeks because in the placebo group 1) if they did heal rapidly in the first two weeks they would have failed screening (and plenty were screened that didn't go on to be in the trial) 2) to get into the placebo group they must have had a total of six weeks worth of compression bandaging already..
