Not getting a great deal of comfort from the refinancing update. The use of the word "frustrating" suggests to me that RC did not expect the situation to remain unresolved by Quarterly Report time. Also worrying that he is talking up New Moonie again as an alternative to the Turkish entity.

Otherwise, interesting news about a metals partner but it's all smoke at the moment with no names and no specifics and very much secondary to getting this damn prototyping facility off the ground. We might be able to stay afloat for now, but a deal needs to be closed soon.
