So far in 10 years you have 20,000tonnes/qtr or 80,000 tonnes annually at current rate. Great effort. By the time IOR gets to 200,000 tonnes annually it will be broke. With iron ore its all about volume. If IOR can't pump out 2 million tonnes annually I'd invest elsewhere.
