Agreed. Some of you jokers have obviously never seen a CR done before. As I said in an earlier post, there's no way to do it and keep everyone happy. When ordinary shareholders are given a bite at the cherry, they won't take it up unless they get a discount. If they get a discount, the share price falls to the discounted price and no-one takes up the CR.
And I bet those moaning about the CEO's salary wouldn't be doing so if she wasn't *gasp* a woman. How many male CEO salaries have you complained about lately? There are apparently more CEO's of ASX-listed companies named Andrew, than there are women. Go and look up their salaries. Ggrrrr...
