there are 13 producers .......

this suggests its a "miscibility" type problem.......

short term - either recap, or take the pain (write-off total grieve investment .........with implications for borrowing base going fwd) ......

med term - has the potential to be ok - depending upon "solution" for grieve .......

leverage cuts both ways ....
