I imagine if yukon 3d looks good then giving 50% away for 2 or 3 freecarried appraisal drills and bankable feasibility work, might be doable.. leaving 88e with minimum of say net 50mmbo.. (potential value = circa 250mill usd net..)
Timing for 2019 appraisal drill might be tough though..

For icewine conventional..
Up to 18mill usd drill costs..
So.. if 88e post-farmout net is 30%, and current split with bex stays same, then about 47% to be farmed out..
Using a premium factor of 50% or so for farminee.. thatd mean they cover about 13mill usd of the well cost.. but then backcosts etc might bring in another 5 to 7mill usd at their 47% or so..
Meaning complete freecarry at least on stellar/lima drill with 1 or 2 mill usd for the bank balance.. 88e left with minimum couple hundred mmbo prospective in that drill.. still very very good..
I believe this could be done..
Am still hoping farminee gets hooked for bravo drill freecarry as well.. but we shall see )

Hrz farmout although in progress, couldnot be finalised until several mnths of finalising report for the ice2 work etc.. so i think thatll only get done at earliest into the new yr like q1.. in time for summer ice2 horizontal.. it will not be worth it if farmout is worth less than about 750usd per acre (better to do capital raises for it)...
i think they could get away with 1000 usd per acre.. considering 475k acres, but only 65% good for hrz.. thatd be about 309k acres.. at 1000usd per acre but needing like 100mill usd to do significant work, that might mean giving away one third total of hrz for 100mill usd of work to be covered.. possibly leaving 88e/bex at 42/25 split with farminee at 33% or so..

Western/horseshoe we know about..

So definitely an interesting 9 to 12mths ahead..
Just one success should be enough for a 12 to 15c + pop in the sp..
