the chart on this is very interesting
I have found how the broker got the target if you look to the ma target on the weekly chart - 55c
it may have been around that 45c range at time of the valuation I read
the most important part is that it is a LONG drawn out period of consolidation at 4.5-5 years and the bollinger bands have squeezed tight the whole time
the general rule is the longer the consolidation the bigger the break out
obviously it wont be tomorrow being its at 5 years already however when it happens it should be a big one (perhaps to that MA target who knows the chart needs a magnifying glass to see support areas) I think its around 30s resistance first
