I will be interested to see who gets added to the board of MPower from CCE and as far as the cap raise goes, that kills the deal for me. Dilution of MPower shares, likely before they have any real value to begin with and its evident that CCE are a while away from any meaningful revenue with CETO as well. It will be interesting to see what is done by CCE in regards to the solar projects they retain after they receive the tax breaks.
