In fact, it says “financing arrangements.”
and the TH from the original EIG deal I just posted said nothing about the debt facility they provided as part of the deal. So take the TH wording with pinch of salt.
My question, is not can you guess what it’s going to say. My question is what are holders hoping it will say.
