So if SEI can get something happening before,lets say 1st week of Oct, and they are able to drill through the fault they encountered and by some stroke of luck down to some hydrocarbons and by the end of Oct and PRLOA's were in the money,PRL would be able to buy back their share of the project and fund the way forward with further wells.

I'd say that would be in SEI's interest to get it happening. That's all it comes down to ATM what's best for SEI as they have the reins there in Uruguay now.

All needs a lot of money...and luck.
