I never said it belonged to GPN YRR or AGU....
Way too many X's to be their ground wouldnt you say
....mind you it would be good to get that much ground if it costs nothing from now on. I reckon whats been paid already would easily cover 10 times as much land.....but I am no expert.
....I hope you dont reckon its good ground based soley on my preschool map...I hope there are better measures than that to determine value...
Surely YRR GPN and AGU dont have the only good ground going. The companies always talk of next door yet next door gets their ground at one tenth the rate and through an ordinary process????
