Good points. Guess I'd call tenders. But what I'd really do if I was in a position to do anything would be to just concentrate on getting something working and nevermind refining it to the nth degree before it gets off the drawing board or out of the tank or whatever. I think if you look at the history of technology that this is how it's done, if you've got an idea, as soon as you've got something working you push it out.
