Just because something shows up on Ebay, Alibaba or Amazon doesn't mean the company is behind it.

Cellmid is going about it the right way and getting approvals first for distribution through Pharmacies in Japan and China of  Evolis made by Advangen in Australia as opposed to Lexilis and JoJu made by Advangen in Japan.
The Japanese made products have approvals and already established markets in those two countries.
Its either a twopronged attack or possibly a phase in phase out (PIPO).


The gaining of Chinese approval is being carried out by Fukangren and Cellmid will have very little say in how Fukangren go about their part of an Exclusive agreement other than what has been signed for.

I would think that Fukangren would take a dim view of Cellmid promoting Evolis products in China during the tenure of the agreement.
