Prato, the pipeline has already been taken up to 70% by someone else.
And if we don't move in a hurry, we will be loosing the remaining 20% availability too.
Keep your eyes peeled mate and be ready to expect the unexpected.
Perhaps someone should start thinking of gifting a "BIC" to RC so that he can use it to start signing on those dotted lines before we miss the boat altogether.
