Here was the deal:

It was a deal too good to pass up.
The upper management managed to have a great time with family and friend whilst the shareholders wallowed in the muddy misery of those constant Esperance rains.
Don't know how the Fe Ore folks in the Pilbara do it.
Tom Price actually has the same annual rainfall as Esperance!
So wonder if they has hit anymore of that special silica alteration.
Are they looking for silica or water? I cant remember.
