Bullish Sign? - Bounced off 200 EMA, page-2070

I am at a loss trying to understand the current NWH share price.
So many positive announcements with "money in the bank" and a few very hot irons in the fire that will result in record revenues if successful.
The likelihood of return to paying a dividend, low debt, along with Fund Managers and Brokers spruiking their buy recommendations on the stock.
Now one would think it would have run a bit harder than what it has, particularly as it has finished the day at the exact same price as it was at the start of the year, despite all the good news.
There are a lot of very savvy shareholders on this forum who have serious money tied up in this company. Maybe, just maybe, one or more will help me understand and alleviate the frustration of waiting for the price to bust out.
Now I've been a very patient stakeholder up until now, and now it's starting to wear a little thin. How much longer do I have to wait until this baby cracks $2.00?????
