If the sentiment or expectations are negative then yes to an extent. The market will work out an oversold position and not likely to go much lower regardless of how low volume support might sit.

In this case there is a decent risk reward scenario that could support higher levels pending an announcement. There is a limit to how much higher that might be at the moment but would be interesting to see. I think it could drift a bit higher if the block was not there. Anyway, just bored, hurry up already!
