I understand that you cannot always control the timing however I think the timing of this announcement is unfortunate.

The market wants to hear about drilling results and instead we make an announcement regarding funding which is technically hard to understand and includes the terrible dispute word?

I think this announcement takes away from the impact that positive drilling results should provide to the market and also creates some uncertainty regarding the funding of the company and what support management has from stakeholders to change the funding arrangements / agreements.
