2	Eramet Comilog has recently offered an increased price of Gabonese manganese ore for China as August shipment. The price of manganese lump ore with Mn being 45% is US$7.05/dmtu per 1% of Mn and the price of manganese fine ore with Mn being 43% is US$6.75 ditto (Both prices are up by US$0.20 from July shipment).At the end of last week, South32 contracted manganese ore meant for China at a price being unchanged from the prior month, and Eramet Comilog whose last month's price was cheaper than that seems to have submitted a price for August shipment by increasing to almost the same level.In China, albeit the port stock of imported manganese ore is still at a high level exceeding 2.8 million tons, the domestic retail price shows a rising tendency for the reason that the operating rate of domestic manganese mines drops and the prices of silico manganese and manganese metal hover at a high level, and many of the market participants opine the import trading firms also can afford to make a contract at an increased price.
