"It will be interesting to see whether Oaktree and Blue Sky strike a deal. Oaktree is not known for board-friendly transactions in Australia, taking leading roles in the likes of Nine Entertainment Co and Billabong International by buying debt or making opportunistic takeover approaches. And it is not known for leaving a lot on the table for existing equity holders."
