I wholeheartedly disagree with the price being "capped by sellers," you need not look any further than the charts to see this. There is simply negligible buying or selling going on, we've been in a defined range of illiquidity since May as the market anticipates further information, with the occasional nervous nelly selling and the occasional punter picking up small parcels. (if anything) on the daily chart, we're in a slight uptrend.
I made a little scale on the volume to put the amount of money changing hands into context. I personally have enough money to make a blip in the volume which is proof that nothing is going on right now.
