Those instos at KLL door will know equity raise is imminent for construct. Normal cap raise is on VWAP. So knock VWAP down 2% avg & potentially enter 2% lower / on $20m is $400k saving.

This is why IMO struggle with AMN price as current market cap, where does SP go over next 4yrs whilst working through the exploration, reserve, offtake, BFS, so on and then final equity raise? Unless get boost off the back of KLL SP can't keep going up can it?
