Because I am more then 50% down - why crystalise the loss! Also as I stated I still believe the fundamentals are strong, I just question the ability of management to sell the story.
No answer for the questions I posed I see - says a lot really, not even the great champion of ERM can tell us what the hell is going on with some of the most critical projects.
