I don't put much faith in either 2 or 3. While things can be pretty bad down at this end of the market, it is much more likely that the company wants to accelerate everything. Scrambling to get more drills on site before winter sets in is not going to be cheap. If this is the reason for the CR then as shareholders we should be happy.
Everything comes down to the assays anyway. If they are good the SP will be off like a rocket and if not the new shareholders are going to be bagholders along with the rest of us.
