A bit of a mediocre 4C. Even after you add back "income taxes paid" to do a like-for-like comparison with last year, they're tracking only slightly ahead (~10%)

Furthermore, the second acquisition listed on their 4C, named Back to Basics ELC, isn't performing well with vacancies listed for every day of the week but I'll be monitoring closely to see whether they build up occupancy within this underperforming centre over the next quarter.

I did have a standing order to buy more shares this morning but have since reconsidered and cancelled my order until I can get more surety around cost control and vacancies throughout their centres.
