I think your proposal is a good one. Focus on and start with the best areas - makes perfect sense to you and I. However I'm just not sure if that is what they plan on doing, as they have not indicated any such plan in their announcements. A simple announcement from the company with some facts could clear things up.
Either way they need to raise money. Be it a small amount now to fund an initial targeted drilling strike plus corporate and admin expenses, or a larger amount to fund the entire drill program plus corporate and admin expenses.
At this stage we can only speculate on what their plan is, because there have been no announcements from the company on funding, or anything else for that matter since the start of the month. Indeed, since this project became real news in November 2017, at a very high level not too much more has been done except "desk-top" reviews of historical and legacy data, a couple of field visits to take rock chips and soil samples, and place on the historical maps a couple of hundred black dots over "400m2 grids" indicating the proposed drill areas.
