Increased volume around the 52wk low sometimes precedes a trend reversal and will have RES popping up on some market scans. As @specgoldbug pointed out, the SP has bounced of these prices a few times in recent years probably in anticipation of news on finance.

IMO, this is as cheap as RES is gonna get so I'm buying! Although progress on finance is moving at a snails pace, there still appears to be a genuine commitment to bring Boikarabelo to fruition.
