I agree with you regarding salaries. Absolutely ridiculous. If it was thier own money they wouldnt even pay themselves $60k. Anyone know what happened to Lazurus' vocational training venture? Did it cease? Is it still operating?


Regarding thier marketing. It's something a 5 year old would come out with. The labelling has alot to be desired. Obviously Lazurus' directive to the graphic designers was make this tin so that the Chinese knows this is Australian. Ok what's Australian? Ok let's put a kanagaroo on an tin of infant formula. Wtf a kangaroo on formula? Let's also make it green and gold. Let's slap a big Australian logo on it.

Graphics looks cheap, not premium at all. Absolutely no imagination. Just because you put a kangaroo on the tin doesn't mean the Chinese will lap it up. Marketing is a bit more complex than that.

Note to lazarus. All the iconic Australian products don't actually plaster Australia flags/green gold/kangaroo and koalas all over the packaging. Eg. Tim tams, vegimite, Lucas paw paw.
