As stated previously " the arrival of the smelters is unlikely to have any bearing on the share price " however it does demonstrate that the company is making significant progress. I expect price to remain flat up until commencement of production   at which time hopefully trade volumes pick up enough to wash the manipulating party / parties out of the market . Until such time we will remain flat to negative.
