Perhaps your interpretation skills could do with some improvement...
Assuming you own SFG shares you still still own what you did before albeit now in two entities as opposed to the one previously.
The plan is not to leave everyone holding shares in an unlisted company and assuming the sale can be achieved you will get some cash for your CO2 shares.
meantime perhaps you can keep an eye out for those rainclouds.....
