I received a response from a BOQ’s The Head of Investor Relations representative, in relations to the arguments that I presented on this forum.
The response is more than likely just to stop me pestering them, with me continually presenting counter arguments to their reasoning for retaining this biased practices.
What is needed, is that others continue this momentum and write to the The Head of Investor Relations and keep up the pressure.
It’s time the ordinary shareholders voice is heard and taken into consideration by the Board and Management.
"Thanks for the additional detail and clarification of your points. I will take this on board and see what we can incorporate at future AGMs to give you and other shareholders more confidence in our governance and remuneration practices."
