Coming back to SP levels equivalent to SP at IPO is extremely good news and fair. RGS's value (R&D and patents + Japanese partnership) is so much stronger than it was at IPO.
New investors joining now before next take-off (commercial/licensing partnership in Japan then US) are going to enjoy the rewards.
