There is no big seller IMO. The share price has drifted down on low volume selling and some churn since the latest DFS.
From previous reports a large proportion of the last raising was locked away with a significant gold fund in the US. No one here knows what happened to the Macquarie shares but given they were crossed at 40cents (from memory) I doubt they are hitting the market in $50k or $100k daily lots at a discount. More likely they have been stowed away by parties aligned to B2Gold for later use in any TO.
I can't see the sense in two (or three) separate ore processing plants being built in this area within 15km of one another, all with separate power and water solutions.
It looks very much to me that WAF is leading the way in building a mine at this new gold mining camp in Burkina Faso (due to its superior economics) that will eventually encompass probably 10Moz plus of gold when the resources of all the players are integrated up (that's just an estimate from my memory so don't quote me.....easy to add up all the ozs at and surrounding Sanbrado but I'm sick of doing all the detailed research on these HC threads, so do it yourselves if you are interested).
The company is getting permits in place, commencing pre-development earth works, camp construction, rehousing surveys, 40,000m of additional drilling with the war-chest of money raised (which should in all probability help backfill the mine plan). Also the scoping study for M5 UG is being completed which is another potential source of backfill for the mine plan. The company is also down the track towards sourcing funding for the mine, which I doubt will be a problem IMO considering the short pay back and low operating costs revealed by the new DFS
Retail investors are hardly anywhere to be seen around here despite it being the best development gold project that I have seen come along for a very long time. Whether it gets eventually taken over or mined its going to make money for a lot longer than what the current mine plan is showing IMO. Sanbrado is likely to be the hub for the next African world class gold mine. Someone will want to amalgamate all the ounces on offer at and around Sanbrado. This will attract big players in the end because we aren't talking about some chicken feed gold camp here. Esh
