who sold out today

There was a big seller today who decided to dump 869,179 shares into 30.5c and all the way down to 27.5c

This was $250,128 worth of stock!

At the time the dump occured, MDX was looking very good with options @ 12.5c and the heads looking like it potentially break out.

What I dont get? Why would you dump your stock all the way down to 27.5c when the holdings @ 30.5c would be worth $265,100! Do they look at it as .. its only $15K, who cares, or is there more to it?

Is there an investor who is under the pump and needs to meet a margin call? do they know something we dont? is someone trying to accumulate/tree shake?

I dont know the answers, but what I do know is that what we saw was very strange!

What was to make it even more interesting was the 500K buy which appeared @ 28c soon after the big dump occured. Just before close, there was a 220K sell into it...

I just looked up the top 20 holders from the last annual report. It doesnt include RedRock or Mr Tsang but there are only 10 holders who had this many shares to dump....Mr Bromley been one of them.
