Franklin Resource was always a major share holder in BDR. They acquired 37 Million Shares. Three days back there were large Single Volume of 13, Million Trade (I even made a post about it).

All these shares acquired by Franklin Resource are INSTO to INSTO trade. A tiny fraction is on-market-trade
