The value in index tracking funds is fairly small. There aren't that many of them and their value compared to the value of all funds is small.
Remembering also you need SYR to increase in value versus the index. The all ords is up 10% in the last year while SYR is down a few percent in the same time frame. So indexes will have offloaded stock to meet the balance in that index.
The best we can hope for is ramp up surprises, battery plant surprises and offtake news. I'm in SYR long term, great resource, semi-confident in Mozambique as a producing country and battery technology needing high quality graphite products.
