Your correct Second,Spain will go ahead and we just sit on our hands and wait- it doesn'need a DC to be there.Meanwhile,if the shares resolutions are passed,DC is sitting on 87million shares for his contribution January to June 2018,which will be worth a cool $20million dollars if we get back to 2.0 cents,all the other members of the crew will be up in the six figures as well.Shareholders need to know Uruguay progress before AGM and also how DC and board are planning there wages for the next Q3 & Q4 etc,with zero $ in bank - another 80 odd million shares for DC for example would be a nice little pickup if a future fantasy actually happens.
I think all the board members and DC should get Zero $ and Zero shares for year to date.That would be their worth paid on their achievements and communication skills.
