    I don't know what to think. As PizzaComposer alluded to, the property market is wobbly.
    One minute I hear all the Chinese investors have left, the next minute I hear they're back.

    I'll let the quarterly numbers coming up speak for themselves, but there's been a couple of smoke signals recently to suggest things are not too dire.
