Probably not. They were there back in May. I would think they have progressed as well, however the technical review phase according to the infograph is 4-6 months.

BAL seems to be very receptive to replying to their investors. A well worded and "cheeky" email could indeed get them to spill the beans on what phase they're currently on.

In all honesty, I don't care who gets it. I just want someone to get it!
