Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder from CBA, page-2

For some reason CBA likes to stay around this 5% mark , there are at least half a dozen or more ann's the same in the last cpl of years, just going over 5% or just under , not sure why they do it other than psychological as I doubt they need the small $ needed for these sells ,only to re-buy back in and cross the threshold again, so that they need to " announce " ? ? or they could be just doing some trading ? but why around the reportable amount of 5% ? imho.
