IMHO, i dont see why we should be accepting offer. There's a good chance if they get 90% now they will offer better price after December to acquire our shares. They need to take us to court at their own cost as well as produce a new independent export report chosen by ASIC to determine fair value to forcibly acquire our shares. Am i reading it all wrong?
