I think this is seriously undervalued now. Hopefully things should change in few qtrs. I saw Ruffer investment mgt taking stake in it. Uk based invstmnt company. The management did take steps to cut costs now the focus would be ramping up sales. 14 million in liquid assets and 4 million approx for 2 more qtrs... they don't need cap raising till 2018 n things will be better in 6 monts.. so cap raising should be at 20 cents. In my opinion.
