POSCO would know about NRW from Roy Hill also (they are one of the minor owners) and my impression was that NRW did a good good there in spite of the dispute with Samsung.
FWIW, I have no idea but I’m inclined to guess Riskup is right that it is unlikely given what was said at the agm and reported on later. However if the government or anyone other than Adani (other Galilee basin project owners) built the rail that would be different.
Great news about South Flank today, orderbook now approx $2.2bn with $1.0bn committed for delivery in FY2019. And more to come, it looks probable.
