pathetic. pgm must be reading HC, as I see they have now released the ARV announcement. Very sad and I am sure will come back to bite them at the AGM voting. BUT, they fail to tie it in to any exspenditure requirement by ARV.
probably a wise move as no one seems to know if they have even spent one cent..............
