The report was PAID for by GMC. Did Peter Strachan who wrote the report have any idea that Ferro-silicon costs US$1600/tonne. The input costs like FeSi (ie 0.43 tonnes costing US$700) will make it impossible for GMC to break even on producing MC FeMn unless it gets the manganese ore for free.
